Founder, Commskool
Priyanka Saha is the Founder of Commskool. She worked in Durham University Business School, UK at an Academic - Corporate interface, building and sustaining global partnerships and engagements. She has also been in the Corporate and Academic Training Industry for a little over a decade and was associated with Airport Authorities of India and British Council during her career. With a hunch that creativity with enterprise can make magic, she took a chance at entrepreneurship. Commskool is her second entrepreneurial venture after having founded Skillskapes Pvt. Ltd. in 2020, a content and training company working with premier higher education academic institutions in South India. She may be called a passionate traveller, a lazy artist and an enthusiastic cook.
Co-Founder
Sudeshna Saha, a PG in Environment Management, has extensive experience in the training
sector, particularly in training the trainers. She was part of the Intel Teach to the
Future Program, aimed at equipping K-12 teachers with skills to integrate technology,
moving beyond basic tech-skills to curriculum-focused, project-based teaching. She has
trained thousands of teachers in Jamshedpur, Kolkata and Uttaranchal.
She has also been an HR professional for over 22 years with a world-renowned
environmental NGO. In this entrepreneurial venture, she has combined her years of
academic and management experience to roll out a programme which she believes is an
essential life skill.
She strongly follows her passion for art and philanthropy.
Co-Founder
Luna, a post graduate, has extensive experience in the education domain as a trained
teacher, copy editor and content writer. Creating an inclusive classroom where students
learn through fun and interactive lessons has been the cornerstone of her pedagogic
philosophy.
In her many years of teaching at Thakur Public School and Ramniwas Bajaj School in
Mumbai, and working as an academic copy editor with Jeevandeep Publishers, she realised
that communication skills are vital in school and the workplace. However, she saw first
hand that students rarely get formal training to build effective communication skills in
the kind of curriculum most academic institutions in our country follow. She joined this
entrepreneurial venture with an earnest belief that it can help bridge that gap.
She is also a trained ikebana artist, loves painting and craft work, travelling and
baking fun treats.
